It is only today when it has rained virtually all day that I realise that the weather has been really good for the last month. Why? Today an umbrella would have been useful for the toilet trips especially when it takes a few minutes for 'big busy' to filter through Uffa's brain and down to his rear end! I am so glad the 'busy' is pretty immediate.
We went with a friend to the Winter Gardens (greenhouses) for a walk and some new experiences out of the rain. Nothing worried him and the large goldfish were boring. I was holding tight just on case! He did manage to snaffle a bit of a leaf a couple of times but otherwise was well behaved.
The rest of the afternoon was slept away but after tea he made up for it. Twenty toilet trips, well it felt like it, a couple of demented turns, and if it was bad he tried it. Yes, he can now leap onto the settee and my slippers are lucky to be still in one piece. Luckily he is now fast asleep again so one look at him an d all his sins are forgiven. 
The days until his injection at 12 weeks are now on a countdown!
